Shipping policy

All of my products are made to order and delivery is always free. I create, package and deliver them with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to me. Orders must be placed by 3pm the day before delivery day. Cancellations must be finalized by 3pm the day before your scheduled delivery day. Your product will be delivered between 3-5pm the day of your chosen delivery day. If you provide a mobile phone number, I will text when I am on my way to your house with your order. If no one answers the knock or doorbell, your item will be left on your doorstep and becomes your responsibility, regardless of weather. If you are unhappy with the delivery of your order, please contact me so that I may work with you to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
